We are so excited to launch our peer group initiative – Rocket Groups. This is our pilot programme that will allow our members to learn from other entrepreneurs, share experiences and knowledge, level up skills and create relationships that extend beyond the programme.
Our peer group process involves a commitment to 14 weeks of fortnightly peer group meetings, and a commitment to create a safe space, support others and do the work.
We will match you in a group of 4-5 other entrepreneurs who are in a similar business stage or industry, and where possible – match on both accounts.

Each group has a maximum of 5 people with each person getting approximately 15 minutes of air time in every session. 5 minutes are for presenting and 10 min are for feedback from others. Each session will begin with an initial briefing from the Launchpad team and end with closing remarks and details for the next session. Detailed guidelines and prompts for each session will be provided by Launchpad.
Each peer group will have a facilitator (chosen by the group) to moderate the discussions, keep time and ensure everyone contributes to the discussion. (Launchpad will provide training for nominated facilitators).

Session 2: Assessing product market fit
Understand what is product market fit and why it is the first step to a successful business.
Session 3: Understanding your ideal customer for effective marketing
Know your target customer and then create a marketing plan to optimise leads and sales.
Session 4: Deep dive: operations and systems
Map out a detailed operations plan, customer journey and discover what are the best tools for your business.
Session 5: Scaling up: everything you need to know
Explore the 4 fundamentals – people, strategy, execution and cash.
Session 6: Do you know your numbers – revenue, expenses, profits and more?
Get a handle on your numbers and learn how to use your numbers to create effective business strategy.
Session 7: Wrap up, feedback and next steps
Share your experience, give feedback for improvement and plan what comes after for the peer groups.
