How do you create a business that harnesses culture to create lasting change? Simon Pestridge, CMO of Potato Head, will dive into this at our fireside chat with Chris Edwards, the founder of Honeycombers and Launchpad. Simon started his career at Nike, in fact he was employee 85 in Asia Pacific, and throughout his career he has been responsible for creating brands that change the world. As the CMO of Potato Head, he is leading the region in regenerative hospitality. His mission is for Potato Head to leave the earth in a better way than they found it, and he believes culture beats strategy when tackling this kind of challenge. From building recycling plants to growing their own rice, Potato Head is re-writing the way business can be done, and we are going to dive into how they are doing this at this event. Simon Pestridge
Chief Experience Officer of Potato Head
Simon believes that brands can create positive social change, value long-term brilliance over short-term gains, and build a culture that innovates for the consumer. With 24 years of global experience at Nike, and now Potato Head, he knows how to deliver an industry-defining product or risk failure. Thankfully, he has a natural talent for driving complex turnarounds, building brand equity, and developing consumer-engagement models which add business value and return for shareholders. He’s also a dad and former amateur athlete who loves to cook.
