About the speaker: Jen Gearing
Jen Gearing is a dedicated advocate for conscious consumerism, leveraging her extensive background in change management, project management, and sustainability to drive positive transformations within businesses. With experience in both Australia and South East Asia, Jen has navigated the dynamics of small and global-sized companies.
Having spent numerous years in the corporate sector, her focus has shifted towards collaborating with community-driven businesses. She specialises in coordinating programs aimed at reducing single-use plastics, coaching businesses to optimise energy consumption (thus saving costs), and guiding organisations towards sustainable practices, anchored in the B Corp framework.
Jen holds a Master of Business in Sports Management and is a LEED Green Associate and B Consultant, and working towards a Diploma in Sustainable Operations. These qualifications underscore her commitment to fostering sustainable practices in every facet of business. Jen firmly believes in the power of communities to uplift one another and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
