Singapore Council Open House
This Open House and experiential introduction to Council will explore the basic form of Council, while allowing participants to hear more about Council at Snap. It is an opportunity for individuals to learn more about the listening and storytelling practice at Snap.
What is Council?
Council is a listening and storytelling practice. It is inspired by the storytelling traditions of different cultures that foster speaking and listening from the heart. Non-profit organisations, schools, and businesses, including Snap Inc., use Council as a way to bring people together to practice deep listening.
Council has been a part of Snap’s DNA since before the company was officially established. It gathers team members in sessions dedicated to scaling empathy and fostering deeper connections.
For the past four years, Snap has been offering free Council training to communities and professionals to build a network of Council facilitators globally.
