This International Women’s Month, Launchpad and PrimeTime are joining hands to shed light on a topic that is often considered taboo for women to talk about openly – MONEY!
From earning, saving and investing to negotiating, risk-taking, and long-term financial independence—money shapes women’s choices in deeply personal and often invisible ways. Yet many of these conversations remain whispered, avoided, or wrapped in stigma.
This candid panel will challenge taboos, share real stories, practical tools, mindset hacks as well as offer lived perspectives from women who have navigated financial decisions across careers, life stages, and circumstances. Expect open dialogue, diverse viewpoints, and insights that go beyond spreadsheets—because money is never just about numbers.
Whether you’re building wealth, rebuilding confidence, or simply curious to learn, this evening is about empowerment through conversation.
A short panel will be followed by breakout group discussions with the panelists joining and circulating amongst the groups.
Launchpad is a Singapore-headquartered, membership-based community of small business owners in South East Asia. These founders are typically in the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey: 0-5 years and are in the SME sector.
After building a strong network of about 250 founders in Singapore, Launchpad is now pushing forward with a South East Asia expansion. The company has just acquired a similar community of business owners in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is launching in Manila, Philippines in 2026.

Cynthia Leung

Rarely would you meet a person with a professional CV and a sports CV of equal measure and pedigree. Having followed a traditional career path in finance, Cynthia has accumulated 23 years of track record working in bulge-bracket banks and asset management firms from Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration, and a Quant Finance Diploma from Wharton School of Management. Outside of work, she transforms to a multi-discipline competitive athlete and was formerly a coach and entrepreneur running a gym as a side gig with her partner. She started racing the same year as she commenced her career, consequently has accumulated in excess of 100 trophies and hundreds of medals from around the world. In 2025 alone, she raced 26 times from trails to stairs to Hyrox, juggling motherhood at the same time. Her commitment, resilience and dedication to excellence is both exemplary and inspirational.
Gail Wong

Gail Wong runs Live True, where spreadsheets meet soul. After a decade advising on $10+ billion in corporate finance deals at Morgan Stanley, she founded her coaching and consulting practice to explore a different question: what if our relationship with money could go beyond accumulation and be a site of healing and transformation? As a Trauma of Money professional and 3x-certified coach with 15 years’ experience, her approach creates safety for examining the unconscious patterns—fear, shame, risk aversion, undercharging, overwork, scarcity thinking, playing small—that keep people stuck in their work, wealth and worth. She guides clients through the tender work of unraveling inherited patterns, helping them build lives where net-worth and self-worth rise together, where financial decisions emerge from clarity and values rather than old wounds. Megha Singh has been running her 6-figure, business coaching & consulting firm in Singapore for a decade now. She has worked with MNCs like Shell, Sephora and Meta as well as leading local companies like Honeycombers and Trehaus. In 2025, she took ownership of Launchpad, the kindest community of founders on the Internet, with close to 300 members in Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Australia.

Rarely does a professional journey follow a single straight line; and Nadine’s is shaped by curiosity, courage, and lived experience. Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, she brings over a decade of experience in partnerships, HR, training, and public speaking, supported by a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
As the founder of Empowelle, Nadine supports women—especially mothers and those in transition—to reconnect with their voice and confidence through storytelling, workshops, and facilitated conversations. Trilingual in French, English, and Arabic, she moderates panels and hosts corporate and CSR events with warmth and presence, creating spaces where honest conversations can unfold.
