Thinking about starting a podcast? Or already have one and wondering what everyone else seems to know that you don’t?

We’re bringing together three powerhouse women who have built and hosted their own podcasts for a candid roundtable on what it really takes to create one.

Beyond the microphones and polished episodes, we’ll get into the decisions, mistakes, unexpected challenges and lessons they wish someone had shared with them at the beginning. From finding your angle and getting great guests to staying consistent, growing an audience and deciding whether a podcast is actually worth the investment for your business.

Expect an open conversation, plenty of real experiences and the chance to ask the questions you’ve been wanting to ask before hitting record.

Key Takeaways:

– What they wish they knew before launching: The mistakes, misconceptions and lessons that only became obvious once they started.
– What actually goes into producing a podcast: From planning and guests to recording, editing, distribution and promotion.
– How to create a podcast people want to come back to: Finding your angle, format and voice in an increasingly crowded space.
– The business case for podcasting: How a podcast can support visibility, credibility, relationships and opportunities beyond downloads.
– How to keep it going: Realistic advice on consistency, workload, costs and keeping the momentum going.
– What they’d do differently if they started again today: Practical lessons for anyone considering launching a podcast in 2027.
