It’s never been easier to produce. An Instagram post, a newsletter, a whole video, done in minutes. But producing isn’t the same as creating. Is what you’re putting out something you’re proud of? Something that actually represents you and your brand? Or could it belong to anyone?

You’ve probably fed AI your website, your brand guidelines, and still got back something generic. The fix isn’t a better prompt. It’s teaching AI your taste.

In this 2-hour hands-on workshop, we’ll get into Claude and learn to apply your style and taste into your workflows. We’ll plan and design the input, so what comes out is something you’re happy with. You’ll walk out with a workflow you built yourself.

What They’ll Walk Away With

󠁯•󠁏󠁏 Why most AI output looks and sounds generic, and how to fix it
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 The 80/20 rule: the 20% you do that turns generic into genuinely good
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 When to use AI and when not to
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 A look inside Kasia’s setup: The Brain, The Playbook, The Workspace
󠁯•󠁏󠁏 How to train Claude so it keeps getting better

Meet the Facilitators: Kasia Lee

Growgreat, Founder

Kasia Lee is the founder of growgreat, a Singapore growth-marketing studio that helps local service businesses show up online and grow beyond word-of-mouth.

She started it after a decade across design and tech. At Grab she was a product designer on the R&D team, building user journeys and interfaces for millions of people across Southeast Asia, before working across web3 and lead-generation startups.

Today Kasia works as an AI Marketing Architect. She builds AI marketing and lead-generation systems for service businesses, with a small team of human specialists and AI employees behind her. She also helps founders and teams go AI-native through talks, workshops, and hands-on adoption work. Her clients have been featured in The Straits Times, Tatler Asia, and Lianhe Zaobao.

Her whole approach comes down to one thing: making complicated things simple. Technology should work for us, not the other way around. The key is being intentional about how we design and apply these tools and systems.
