Dato’ Nor Fazlina Mohd Ghouse, TEP is the Chief Executive Officer of Maybank Trustees Berhad, where she leads trustee services for individuals and corporates while driving strategic transformation. She is also a founding committee member and current Secretary of STEP Malaysia, a global professional body dedicated to helping families plan, protect, and transition wealth across generations.
With more than 20 years of experience in private banking, trusts, fiduciary services, and family office solutions, Dato’ Nor Fazlina has advised UHNW and HNW families across Labuan, Jersey, the UK, and Singapore. She is known for crafting bespoke wealth transfer strategies and sustainable family office structures that preserve legacies for the long term.

Rejina started off her career in stock broking before joining the fund management industry in 1998. This mother of two has under her belt over 28 years in the Malaysian capital markets, spent mostly in the investment management industry. Up till end 2021, Rejina was the Founding MD for the Malaysian office of Nomura Asset Management which she grew from scratch to an award-winning firm with over USD7 billion in assets under management.
She remains actively involved with the industry through her role as Advisor and Board member of several public listed companies. She was one of the inaugural 2021 Listee of the Kindness & Leadership 50 Leading Lights Asia Pacific and was also named by Asia Asset Management magazine as 25 industry leaders of the Asian asset management industry.
She started Wahine (pronounced Wa-hee-nay) Capital as a means of securing the financial future of women and they have released their first product, W Vault in late May 2023 and is busy growing their educational programs to push financial empowerment.
