In times of uncertainty it is natural for us to feel stress, anxiety, and loneliness. Yet challenging times can also create opportunities for growth, learning, and discovery. Using Enneagram, which is a model of nine interconnected personality types, you can learn how to play to your natural strengths and abilities, while also learning to identify situations that don’t serve you and don’t set you up to succeed. At its core, the Enneagram helps us to see ourselves at a deeper, more objective level and can be of invaluable assistance on your path to self-knowledge.
Most approaches to leadership and personal development focus primarily on competencies or capabilities, overlooking inner drives and motivations. When you understand not only what you are doing, but also why you are doing it, you can begin to see how these underlying assumptions impact your effectiveness.
In this session, we will learn:
- How different personality types respond to challenges and interpersonal conflicts.
- How to use the three essential elements to overcome obstacles.
