Grace Clapham
Co-Founder, The Change School & UNTAM3D and Director of Community Partnerships APAC, Meta
Grace is an entrepreneur, intrapreneur & long standing community builder. Currently the Co-Founder of The Change School, UNTAM3D (APAC’s newest Web3 community for women+) and Director of Community Partnerships APAC for Meta, based in Singapore. Prior to joining Meta, she spent over ten years building several businesses working within the creative, startup and social innovation sectors. At the same time, she started to create strong eco-systems and communities across the South East Asian region.
She is a Global Inspirational Leaderships Awards Winner thanks to Sir Richard Branson and Steve Wozniak and was one of CMO Asia’s 50 Women Leaders Award for Leadership Excellence recipient, as well as being a judge for the NUS-DBS Social Innovation Challenge, and being on the sub-committee for women entrepreneurs at ACE Singapore. Outside of work, she loves reading, traveling and yoga.
Priscilla KouKoui
Co-Founder, Power Women NFT and Founder, OviSquare
A Management Consultant and Emerging Tech Adventurer, Priscilla is passionate about art & innovation, decentralisation, new worlds and a new connected nation with positive social impact. She drives change in organisations to create sustainable impact, empower people and teams, as well as create and develops skills, autonomy and collaboration. She constantly explores cutting-edge technologies – mainly Web3 and XR (VR&AR)/The Metaverse, new ways of working, living, playing and likes to challenge the status quo.
In a previous life, she led large, complex IT/ ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, BI tools) as a PMO/Portfolio Manager for up to 8 streams.
Sophia Hotung
Writer & Illustrator
Sophia Hotung is a Eurasian writer and illustrator from Hong Kong. Originally a tech analyst and product manager, she pivoted to writing and illustrating in 2021 when her autoimmune diseases made it impossible to continue her corporate career.
Sophia is the artist behind The Hong Konger collection, which has been exhibited at Soho House, Eaton Hong Kong, the Wild Lot, Oi Ling Antiques, Young Soy Gallery, and Art Next Expo. Her book, The Hong Konger Anthology is available across bookstores in Hong Kong and sold out its first print run in two weeks, becoming Bookazine’s Book of the Week during the 2021 winter holiday season.
For International Women’s Month, Sophia teamed up with Hanson Robotics’ Sophia the Robot to create a joint NFT in support of The Women’s Foundation Hong Kong. This summer, she will be publishing her first chapter book with K11 ARTUS as their artist-in-residence and debuting at the Affordable Art Fair with Young Soy Gallery.
Sophia leverages her art and writing to advocate for and represent the intersectionality of gender and chronic illness, specifically at work. She also offers courses and coaching on getting creative projects off the ground.

Hanson Robotics’ most advanced human-like robot, Sophia, personifies our dreams for the future of AI. As a unique combination of science, engineering, and artistry, Sophia is simultaneously a human-crafted science fiction character depicting the future of AI and robotics, and a platform for advanced robotics and AI research.
The character of Sophia captures the imagination of global audiences. She is the world’s first robot citizen and the first robot Innovation Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme. Sophia is now a household name, with appearances on the Tonight Show and Good Morning Britain, in addition to speaking at hundreds of conferences around the world.
Sophia is also a framework for cutting edge robotics and AI research, particularly for understanding human-robot interactions and their potential service and entertainment applications. For example, she has been used for research as part of the Loving AI project, which seeks to understand how robots can adapt to users’ needs through intra and interpersonal development.
Stephanie Dickson
CEO & Founder of Green Is The New Black and Co-Founder of UNTAM3D
Steph L Dickson is a leading voice in sustainability in Asia. She founded Green Is The New Black, Asia’s first Conscious Festival and media platform, that uses stories, curated experiences to advocate for social & behavioural change, that leads to little green steps with big impact. Her mission is to make conscious living mainstream, accessible and sexy. Steph is also the host of the Live Wide Awake podcast, which brings conversations to life at the intersections of consciousness and climate change, sustainability and spirituality.
As a founding member of UNTAM3D, Steph is also part of a collective force carving out a place for APAC Women+ in Web3 for impact. She is regularly asked to conduct talks and workshops on conscious living, rethinking and driving sustainability at work, inspiring keynotes on actionable green steps for meaningful change and eco-anxiety. She has conducted talks and workshops in cities around Asia and in the UK.
As a changemaker in the green space, Steph has been described as a “sustainability entrepreneur helping Asia businesses combat climate change”(CNBC) and a “force of nature” (Honeycombers). She is also a two-time TEDx speaker (P&G), a Gen.T by Tatler Leader of Tomorrow (2020), and Prestige 40 Under 40 (2018).
