With a passion for empowering individuals and organizations, she has made significant contributions to various fields. Notably, she served as a judge for Miss World Singapore, focusing on the theme of “Beauty with a Purpose,” as well as the public speaking competition “My Dreams, My Future” organized by Singapore Girls’ Home.
In addition, Eilania was appointed by renowned multinational corporation Yeo’s to design and facilitate a program for the launch of their new product, Super Sprouts, showcasing her expertise in driving impactful initiatives. She also created the world’s first and only values-based journal, “What Do I Stand For? Journal: A Self-Exploration Guide To A Meaningful Life”, which has been sold in six countries, further solidifying her commitment to promoting meaningful living.
