Tea meditations are a multi-sensory experience – offering all your senses space to come into a singular rhythm, a meditative state. Through the slow, quiet sipping of tea, you will find that each sip will nourish your body with your vision of the year, saturating you with your desires embodied.
We will brew and sip tea together in this 60 minute experience. Come prepared with
– your favourite tea
– hot water (in a thermos)
– tea cup
– teapot, or however you choose to make your tea
– your notebook and pen
– a quiet(ish) space
You do not need any fancy equipment to make your tea, but if you would like to have teaware for your tea ritual, you can get one here.
