The by-application Lighthouse Tier offers high performing CEOs and founders a space to rub shoulders with established and experienced peers through (meaningful, not a second wasted) dinner party networking events along with an inspiring and hard-to-access schedule of curated mindset and skills development workshops, and front row access to media.

Lighthouse facilitators are highly accomplished business leaders in their own right, trained to hold space, problem solve and open all of the right doors.

Why Lighthouse?

The Lighthouse Tier concept was created on a weekly walk of co-founders Odette Barry and Chris Edwards to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. During these walks, they discussed their business challenges and worked through solutions together while providing each other with advice, mentorship, and emotional support. With similar sized businesses, in similar industries – these weekly sessions turbo-charged their success, leading to new opportunities for both entrepreneurs and businesses alike. These regular walks fostered a strong sense of partnership, teamwork and camaraderie.

Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards is an award-winning entrepreneur, who founded her first business at 28 years old, the lifestyle media platform Honeycombers. She now runs Honeycombers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Bali attracting a million monthly unique site visits. She manages a team of 35 staff across 4 countries, generating 7 figures in profit annually. She is also the host of the weekly podcast, Good Business.

Odette Barry

Publicist, Founder, Odette & Co

Odette Barry is a headline-winning PR mentor, who designed and teaches the popular Hack Your Own PR program, an intimate program designed for small business owners because she knows that every business has a story to tell. Odette has mentored over 250 businesses to secure thousands of media headlines each year including features on Sydney Morning Herald, Sunrise, Today Show, Broadsheet, Forbes, Smart Company and many more.

Exclusive network – An intimate group of founders with similar sized businesses will be invited for dinner on a quarterly basis. These intimate dinners will fast track your personal network, create camaraderie, and unlock opportunities through the power of the network effect.

Meet the Media – You will be invited to have access with a leading journalist from Australia or SE Asia (10 sessions a year). In this small group session, you can pitch your business story, or learn what it takes for them to feature your business. This is a Q&A session to lift the lid on how to get featured, with limited hot seats to pitch your business.

Access to business coaching – If you need help with your business, we provide a one on one consultation and then recommend a business coach that meets your industry and specific business needs. This tailored one on one consultant with our founders will ensure that you are put in touch with the right coach for your business and personal development, and ensure that you have everything you need to be able to achieve your personal and business goals.

Criteria

The Lighthouse membership tier is for members who have at least $1M in revenue, or $3M in funding, or a previous exit, or are generating over $200k in net profit, or have over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur. Most members are startups and you must be a founder or CEO. Your Lighthouse community is a similar-sized business in similar industries.

Each applicant is interviewed and vetted, and we are limiting the community to ensure quality and value.

1. What is the Lighthouse membership?

2. Why are we offering the Lighthouse membership?
We believe that meeting members who are in a similar stage or with similar experience is highly valuable, and curating a membership tier that provides this vetted community has real value for members at this level.

Additionally, we also know that access to media can unlock powerful PR opportunities so we are providing this as a benefit to this membership tier.

3. Who can apply for the Lighthouse membership?
Any business founder or business leader who is running a business that generates $1M in revenue, or $3M in funding, or a previous exit, or are generating over $200k in net profit, or have over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur.

4. What are the fees for the Lighthouse membership?
The fees are $3,000 AUD or $3,300 SGD per annum, plus GST.

5. Can I pay monthly?
Unfortunately not, we are accepting annual payments only for this tier.
